NBA (Noon Basketball Action)
Looking for something to do over your noon hour? NBA is a good way to challenge your basketball skills, get some exercise and meet some great people. NO FEE for members, day rate for non-members.

Racquetball
All ages can participate in a game of racquetball. Racquets and balls are available at the front desk
Men's 4 on 4 basket ball league
The Mid-Willamette Family YMCA is offering men's 4 on 4 basketball league. We will organize the teams (unless you already have your 5-6 member team). Play will be saturday afternoons, or weeknights. THis is a low key league, and is for fun and recreation only. All experience levens welcome.
Fee: $10.00 for a member/$20.00 non-member

Introductory classes
These classes are for those people that have always wanted to 'start' but didn't know how-. By going over the basics and fundamentals, these classes offer an opportunity to try something new, or improve something old!
Walking and Running clinic
Learn to walk, job or run for fitness. Pam Walker, personal trainer, experienced walkter and runner will teach the fundamentals to be successful in a walking or running program. Everything from proper shoes to perceived exertion will be discussed.

Introduction to Active Life Nutrition
Taught by a nutritionist, this class will be a great question/answer format with suggestions on eating habits, supplements and basic nutrition.
