ABOUT WATER EXERCISE
WHY PARTICIPATE IN GROUP AQUATIC EXERCISE?
Research has indicated that individuals who participate in group exercise classes are more likely to achieve their health and wellness goals due to increased motivation, new friendships, and accountability. Our water fitness classes are a perfect example of this. Retention is very high for these classes due to the bond the members have made with each other and with the instructors. Be part of our Y family!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Just show up wearing a comfortable swimming outfit. Bring a water bottle and a towel! Class equipment is provided. If you prefer to wear water shoes or gloves, please bring your own! Classes are included in memberships; no pre-registration required!
