With personal training sessions you will receive individualized programming working one-on-one with a fitness professional. With your consistency, determination and drive, whether you are an athlete, want to get back into shape or are a first time exerciser, we can help you reach your health and fitness goals. INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

For Stage 1 or Stage 2 packages: First session will be a one hour assessment.

STAGE 1

For the beginner [new to exercise, wants to learn more and needs help with proper form]

  • Meet with personal trainer 2-3x/week (suggested minimum)
  • 1st session [30-60min]: no workout; review goals, go over physical and mental health
  • 2nd session [1hr]: physical assessment (cardiovascular, strength, endurance,
    mobility/body mechanics, etc.)

Prices:

  • 1hr sessions: 2x/wk $320 / 3x/wk $480
  • 30 min sessions: 2x/wk $240 / 3x/wk $360

STAGE 2

For the intermediate [feels comfortable and confident with what they’re doing but needs some extra guidance on how to further proceed with training and continuing to make progress with goals]

  • Meet with personal trainer 1x/week (suggested minimum)
  • 1st session [30-60min]: no workout; review goals, go over physical and mental health
  • 2nd session [1hr]: physical assessment (cardiovascular, strength, endurance,
    mobility/body mechanics, etc.)

Prices:

  • 1 hr sessions: 1x/wk $160 / 2x/wk $320
  • 30 min sessions: 1x/wk $120 / 2x/wk $240

STAGE 3

For the advanced [fully confident in their abilities and knows what they are doing, may even do
their own programming but has never gotten much help from a professional but is wanting to get some extra assistance to double-check on form/body mechanics, help to work through a
plateau or more]

  • Meet with personal trainer 2-4x/month (suggested minimum)
  • 1st session [30-60min]: no workout; review goals, go over physical and mental health
  • 2nd session [1hr]: physical assessment [if applicable] (cardiovascular, strength,
    endurance, mobility/body mechanics, etc.)

Prices:

  • 1 hr sessions: 2x/mo $80 / 3x/mo $120 / 4x/mo $160
  • 30 min sessions: 2x/mo $60 / 3x/mo $90 / 4x/mo $120

***Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 packages expire 40 days from initial assessment
