Included in your Mid-Willamette Family YMCA membership, we offer a variety of aquatics classes to provide members a fun and low impact way to get fit. With both high intensity and low intensity classes, these classes are great for members of any age group. We also offer open swim and lap swim times for individuals and families to do self-led workouts.
We know that working out is more fun in groups. That’s why the Y is committed to providing the highest level of classes to create a fun atmosphere and still get in a great workout. Classes are included in your membership, and are available for our members of any age and any body type. We have a class out there perfect for everyone.

Personal training sessions give you the benefit of one-on-one, in-depth planning to gain optimal fitness, self confidence, and overall well being. By working with our personal trainers, you will receive a personal fitness plan written specifically for you and your needs and goals. Each session, the trainer will review your progress and update your program so you can truly make a positive lifestyle change and see results.
