PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions give you the benefit of one-on-one in depth planning to gain optimal body fitness. By working with one of our nationally certified personal trainers, you will receive individualized instruction and personalized fitness plans to help meet your goals. Let us help you make positive changes starting today!

  • INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION-Trainers will create a personalized program that is most effective for you based on your fitness evaluation and goals.

30 Minute Session

  • 1 Session: $30/$35
  • 5 Sessions: $140/$175
  • 10 Sessions: $260/$350
  • 20 Sessions: $480/$700

1 Hour Session

  • 1 Session: $50/$60
  • 5 Sessions: $200/$300
  • 10 Sessions: $350/$600
  • 20 Sessions: $600/$1,200
