I’m Already A Member
Option #1
If you know your registered email and password, simply enter then and click “Sign In”.
Note: If you click “I forgot my password” your password will be emailed to the email address in our records.
Option #2
If you have never regtistered online with the YMCA, then click “I’m new to online registration”
Note: DO NOT CLICK “create a new account” if you are a member. Want to know if you are a member? See below under “What is a member”. Only create a new account if you have not been a YMCA member or not previously participated in YMCA programs.
- Enter the requested information and click “Find Me
- Enter your email address and password.
- Use this information when you are returned to the Sign In Screen.

Help:
If you receive an error message after clicking “Find Me” and you are a member then we probably have inaccurate information on your membership account. This most commonly occurs if we do not have your Date of Birth, if your Zip Code has changed, or if we have misspelled your name. Contact the front desk of the YMCA to have this information updated so that you can login and register for programs online. |
What is a Member?
You are a member of the YMCA if you:
- Have a membership with regular monthly or annual dues. You will have been issued a membership card and a member ID number.
- Have registered for a program in the last 12 months (this is called a program participant) but do not pay regular monthly dues. We would have to have your program registration information in our data base. Program participants have a member ID number but generally do not receive a membership card.
Members and program participants DO NOT CLICK “Create A New Account”. We already have you in our data base. You just need to click “FIND ME” to pull up your account information once you have logged on.
Do you have to join the YMCA to participate in a program?
You do not have to join the YMCA to participate in programs but members get a member discount for fee based programs and get complete facility use including cardio room, strength training room fitness classes, and pool use with their membership. Non-members are called program participants and have access limited to the programs for which they have registered.
HOW DO I JOIN?
If you want to receive the benefits of being a member, contact the YMCA front desk to complete you membership application.
HOW DO I REGISTER IF I AM NOT A MEMBER OR PROGRAM PARTICIPANT?

Finding Your Program
Once you are logged in, use the “Browse Programs” tool to help you find and choose your programs.
CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM
- Select your branch
- Choose a category (such as Aquatics)
- Choose and activity group (such as Swim lessons)
- Click your program (such as Pre School Swim Lessons)

CHOOSE YOUR SESSION/SEGMENT
Once you have chosen your program, all of the available sessions/segments will be listed on the screen.
- Check the segment/session you wish to register for.
- If you want more information about a program, click: “More Info”
- Otherwise, click: “Next”.
CHOOSE THE PARTICIPANT
You will now be asked who will be participating in the program. All the individuals in your account will be listed.
Note: If a member of your family does not appear in the list, contact your YMCA front desk to have them added.
To register for more programs, click “Register for More Programs”. Otherwise, you are ready to proceed to Checking Out.
Wait Lists
If a program is full when you register for it, you will be entered into the wait list for that program. If space becomes available, your YMCA staff will contact people in the order which they were entered into the waiting list. |

Checking Out
Once you’ve chosen all
the programs you wish to register for, click “Check Out”.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay online using
VISA, MasterCard, or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). You must pay at time
of registration. The online registration system does not accept discounts
or coupons at this time. If you have a discount or coupon and pay in full
online, you can have these applied to your registration and receive a
credit by contacting your staff at the YMCA front desk.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a registration
confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the
front desk of the YMCA to verify that your email address in our system is
correct.
