LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST
The Y is a great place for active seniors! We encourage healthy living through both physical and social activity. We offer fitness classes on both land and water. Our members get a kick out of the friendships that they make in these classes. Social coffee hours, book exchanges, game days, movie times, and luncheons outside of class time are also great places to build these important relationships. We also encourage our seniors to attend many lecture classes we offer for free. These lectures are often about how to care for our bodies as we age.
Every seasonal quarter, we put out a Senior Newsletter! Read about many of the activities we offer and get involved! Hard copies of this newsletter will also be available at the Welcome Center.
