Aquatics Exercise Classes


CLASSES

DEEP WATER
This class will take you to the deep end and take away the impact. Emphasis on cardio training and flexibility. Floatation belts or water fitness noodles are recommended. Moderate to high intensity. 

AI CHI
This is a simple, water exercise and relaxation program in shallow, warm water, performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs and torso in flowing continual patterns. 

SHALLOW WATER
Class is taught from waist to shoulder deep water. This class is designed to increase cardio training, muscular strength, endurance and balance. Water shoes are recommended. 

WARM WATER FLOW
Gently improve your flexibility, balance, and strength through soothing warm water exercises and stretches. This class incorporates Yoga, Qigong, and Ai Chi movements and poses, helping you feel grounded and strong as you connect your breath to your movement.
