With personal training sessions you will receive individualized programming working one-on-one with a fitness professional. With your consistency, determination and drive, whether you are an athlete or just want to get back into shape, we can help you reach your health and fitness goals.
LEVELS OF TRAINING
Stage 1: New to exercise, wants to learn more and needs help with proper form
Stage 2: Comfortable with current exercise routine but needs extra guidance on how to further proceed with training to achieve goals
Stage 3: Confident in their abilities, may need some assistance to check proper form and body mechanics, help working through plateaus, or specialized training
MONTHLY OPTIONS
30-MINUTE SESSIONS
Stage 1: $240 (2x per week) $360 (3x per week)
Stage 2: $120 (1x per week) $240 (2x per week)
Stage 3: $60 (2x per month) $90 (3x per month) $120 (4x per month)
60-MINUTE SESSIONS
Stage 1: $320 (2x per week) $480 (3x per week)
Stage 2: $160 (1x per week) $320 (2x per week)
Stage 3: $80 (2x per month) $120 (3x per month) $160 (4x per month)
