Mid-Willamette Family YMCA Veterans Housing

The Mid-Willamette Family YMCA is moving ahead with building a new apartment complex dedicated to Veterans. The new apartments will be affordable housing for Veterans who fit within the 60% average median income. There will be 38 apartments located in East Albany near Timber Linn park on Price Rd. Currently, the new 501 C3 board is finalizing property and developing designs with their architect for the final design of the facility. It is hoped that ground-breaking will take place in the summer of 2025.
