Former Professional & College Football Player | School Counselor | Coach | Founder of Overflow Performance
Overview
Dwight Roberson II is a former professional and collegiate football player, school counselor, coach, and community leader dedicated to developing young athletes into Christ-driven leaders on and off the field.
Athletic Background
Dwight played football for 17 years, beginning at age seven and continuing through the NFL. He competed at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels as a Linebacker and Defensive End. He earned All-League and All-State honors in high school, All-League honors in college, and played at Oregon State University before reaching the professional level.
Coaching Experience
Dwight brings over a decade of coaching experience in football and track and field, including more than 10 years as an Assistant Track Coach at Corvallis High School, three years as Head Track Coach at South Salem High School, and two years as Head Football Coach at Corvallis High School. He has coached multiple football positions and served as a Defensive Coordinator.
Educational & Counseling Background
Dwight has served as a School Counselor for six years, working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on college preparation, social-emotional growth, mentorship, and faith-centered life coaching.
Overflow Performance
Dwight founded Overflow Performance, a faith-based athlete development program offering small group and one-on-one training for youth and high school athletes, focused on developing the whole athlete—body, mind, and spirit.
