Sports Performance Training


The YMCA is pleased to partner with Blessed Heart to bring elite sports performance training to young athletes in the Willamette Valley with our first-class facilities, coupled with high level training we provide our athletes the opportunity to develop into the best athlete they can be. 

In the new age of sports and technology, athletic training has become essential to not only prolonging the lifespan of an athlete's career, but to promote a healthy lifestyle as well. Athletic training also prepares athletes for life after sports by equipping them with the discipline and habits that will help them be successful in any of their future endeavors. All sports including baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, football, hockey, etc., require learning the proper techniques, positioning, and dietary components which are important elements that are encompassed within the athletic training realm. Attaining this training will enhance the abilities, skill sets, and life skills of any athlete from middle school age all the way up to the professional level.
